  • Social media handles or URLs (Twitter/X, Telegram, website);
  • Avatar selection preferences;
  • Any content, reports, or data you submit to the Service;
  • Copyright/DMCA notices, counter-notifications, and abuse reports you submit.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • Browser type and version;
  • Device type and operating system;
  • Pages visited and features used;
  • Date and time of access;
  • Referring website or source;
  • Approximate geographic location derived from IP address.

1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) for authentication session management and essential functionality. Third-party analytics services may also set cookies to help us understand usage patterns. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may impair certain features of the Service.

User data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc., which may be located outside the State of Israel. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Authentication is managed through Supabase Auth, which supports industry-standard protocols. We do not directly store passwords; authentication credentials are managed by the authentication provider.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Public display: Your display name, avatar, and country may be publicly visible alongside your contributions on the Service;
  • Service providers: With third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, analytics, authentication), subject to confidentiality obligations;
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Operator, Users, or the public;
  • DMCA and copyright proceedings: Information contained in DMCA takedown notices, counter-notifications, and related correspondence may be shared with the affected party (the alleged infringer or the original complainant) as required by law and the DMCA process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. User Content submitted to the Service may be retained indefinitely, even after account deletion, as such content has been released into the public domain pursuant to the Terms of Use. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including dispute resolution and enforcement of our Terms.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and the GDPR (where applicable), you may have the following rights:

  • Access: The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
  • Deletion: The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations and the public domain release of User Content;
  • Objection: The right to object to certain processing of your personal information;
  • Data portability: The right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact the Operator through the contact channels published on the Service. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the State of Israel. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion and without prior notice. The updated Policy will be effective upon posting on the Service, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions set forth in the Terms of Use.
